During this challenge we will focus on all the components of fitness: Strength, Cardio, Flexibility, Muscle Endurance and Body Composition.  Every workout will be different and you are guaranteed to become stronger, more flexible, lose body fat, gain muscle and improve your cardio vascular endurance.

Sarah will physically assess your strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and measure you at the beginning and end of the Challenge so you can see your progress!
